Manager – Accounting Advisory

Abraham brings five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assurance Manager in Deloitte LLP’s Audit & Assurance practice. While at Deloitte, Abraham led engagement teams and coordinated fieldwork for both public and private companies across the financial services, manufacturing, technology/SaaS, and oil and gas industries. His experience includes US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, revenue recognition, carve-out transactions, and financial statement preparation.

Abraham holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Clemson University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina.
