Simon brings more than 10 years of finance and controllership transformation, and digital enablement experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Simon held senior roles within EY LLP’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, where he was a key leader in the FAAS Digital team and later in the Finance Optimization group. He has advised clients on designing and implementing scalable, technology-enabled finance solutions to support strategic initiatives such as finance transformation, close acceleration, and transaction readiness. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition automation, management reporting and controllership modernization. While at EY, Simon served both public and private companies across a wide range of industries including consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, software/SaaS, and telecommunications.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Strategy from Emory University, Goizueta Business School.
