WilliamsMarston Welcomes Newest Advisory Partner Jim Hooper
WilliamsMarston LLC, a national leader in accounting, tax, technology, transaction and valuation advisory services, today announced that Jim Hooper has joined the firm as an Advisory Partner based in the Pacific Northwest. With more than 19 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, Hooper will play a key role on WilliamsMarston’s rapidly expanding West Region team.
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Hooper spent his entire career at PwC in the Assurance practice, serving public- and private-sector clients across the West Coast, including Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and Seattle. His arrival supports the firm’s continued expansion in the West and strengthens the firm’s position as a national leader in complex accounting and transaction advisory services.

Throughout his career, Hooper has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies with global operations. His experience includes advising clients on revenue recognition, complex financing transactions, business combinations, IPO readiness and execution, SEC reporting, internal controls, and other technical accounting matters. As a leader in PwC’s Emerging Company Solutions practice, he also worked closely with high-growth companies as they scaled, prepared for exit, and navigated accounting and financial reporting complexities.
Hooper holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both Washington and California.
