Laura has more than 20 years of financial accounting, reporting and management experience, including 11 years at EY LLP and 12 years in various roles of increasing responsibility within both public companies and PE-backed organizations. At WM, Laura has played an integral role in advising clients on major transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings, finance effectiveness and technical accounting across a range of industries including media and entertainment, financial technology and professional services. She is recognized as a thought leader in revenue recognition, share-based payments and foreign currency matters.
Sarah has 13 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting. Prior to WM, Sarah was at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the private company audit practice for 11 years where she advised private companies in the manufacturing, distribution and life sciences industries. Throughout her career, Sarah has been instrumental in advising clients on IPO readiness, business combinations, carve-outs, consolidations, lease accounting, and share-based compensation across a wide range of industries.
