Jordan Stolar

Jordan brings 3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. ​Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jordan has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, software, cyber security, and food & beverage industries. She has supported clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including collaborative arrangements, stock-based compensation, corporate conversions, revenue recognition, lease adoption and modification accounting, SEC reporting and the accounting and reporting for complex financial instruments including convertible debt and warrants.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Jordan worked was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP in New York, where her clients included Private Equity and Regulated Investment Companies. While at EY, Jordan provided audit and advisory services pertaining to audits of Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds, private equity funds, Special Purpose Vehicles, Funds of Funds and Cryptocurrency funds. ​

Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
