Jim brings 4 years of experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jim has advised clients in the biotechnology, software, consumer products and financial services industries. He has advised clients on financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, lease accounting, stock compensation and tax reporting matters such as 409A and intangible asset valuations.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jim was in the transfer pricing practice of EY LLP’s Boston office. While at EY, Jim analyzed intercompany transactions for a number of public and private clients and coordinated several global transfer pricing documentation projects. Jim’s industry experience includes asset management, insurance, and real estate.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a secondary major in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
