Boston, MA — WilliamsMarston LLC (“WM”), a nationally recognized leading provider of accounting, tax and valuation advisory recently announced the promotions of DeDe Ebner, Jonathan Schubach, Kathryn Healy, Amy Micun, Jaclynn Radocckia, Lauren Fitzgerald, Derek Richards, Keith Lattuca, Nicholas Doran, Joseph Gianares, Lauren Haley, Jacob Monk, Olivia Mooney, Emily Watson, and Timothy Moberg.

DeDe Ebner, Partner – West Coast

Ms. Ebner joined WilliamsMarston from Chord Advisors, LLC, where she specialized in the accounting and reporting for complex stock-based compensation arrangements, SEC reporting, business combinations, equity financings, revenue recognition, and initial public offerings. Prior to Chord Advisors, she was a Senior Manager in KPMG LLC’s audit practice in Silicon Valley. In this role, she managed the audits for a multitude of growth companies, assisting many of them throughout the IPO process. While at KPMG, she spent two years in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice in New York City (the “National Office”), KPMG’s national resource center for technical accounting, auditing, and SEC filing matters. While in KPMG’s National Office, Ms. Ebner was the lead author of KPMG’s first Stock-based Compensation Guide. As an expert in stock-based compensation, she was routinely a keynote speaker at numerous internal and external technical seminars. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Jonathan Schubach, Partner – New York, NY

Mr. Schubach joined WilliamsMarston from Chord Advisors, LLC where he specialized in initial public offerings, SEC reporting, business combinations, equity financings, revenue recognition, and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (“SPAC’s”). His broad industry expertise includes financial services, technology, software, and life sciences. Prior to Chord Advisors, he was the Head of US GAAP Accounting Policy at Jefferies Group in New York, a full-service global investment bank and institutional securities firm. While at Jefferies, he provided technical accounting and financial reporting advice on business combinations, consolidations, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, goodwill impairment, financial instruments, fair value, earnings per share and leases. Mr. Schubach led the firm’s implementation of new accounting standards, including ASC 606, Revenue from Contracts with Customers, and ASC 842, Leases, and was a member of the AICPA Revenue Recognition Task Force for the Capital Markets Industry. He began his career in the Audit practice at KPMG, primarily serving companies in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, where he graduated with distinction. He is also a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Kathryn Healy, Managing Director – Boston, MA

Ms. Healy joined WilliamsMarston from EY LLP where she served private equity and corporate clients in the Transaction Advisory Services practice. She began her career in EY’s Boston Assurance practice, focusing on the software, technology and life sciences industries. After joining the Transaction Advisory Services practice, she focused on buy-side financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, as well as carve-out transactions. Her client experience includes domestic and international private equity firms, large private companies, inbound international investments and emerging growth companies in the manufacturing, medical devices, retail and consumer products, software and technology, advertising, oil and gas, patient care, research and development and construction/supply industries. Her divestiture experience includes a $6.1 billion carve-out of subsidiary financial statements pursuant to divestment. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has advised clients on corporate and private equity due diligence, performed interim controllerships and advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including complex consolidations, inventory accounting, lease accounting, IPO readiness, SEC reporting, audit preparedness and policies and procedures. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Amy Micun, Managing Director – New York, NY

Ms. Micun joined WilliamsMarston from Chord Advisors, LLC, where she advised clients on a variety of complex matters including complex debt and equity offerings and restructurings, Variable Interest Entities and consolidations, and implementation of the new revenue recognition standard. Her broad industry expertise includes biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and entertainment. Prior to Chord Advisors, she worked at The Hartford where she was an Assistant Director of Accounting Policy with a concentration on investment accounting. While at The Hartford, Amy analyzed, documented, and reported on new accounting standards to investment professionals and accountants. She provided guidance for investment classifications and assisted in the implementation and documentation of the accounting for new investment transactions. Prior to her role in the Accounting Policy group, Amy was a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial reporting in The Hartford’s international division. Amy started her career in the Audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she performed audits of Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services industry. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Amy has worked with clients in the financial services, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and entertainment industries. She has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including complex debt and equity offerings, equity-linked instruments, troubled debt restructurings, modifications and extinguishments, and derivative transactions. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and minor in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Jaclynn Radocckia, Managing Director – Boston, MA

Ms. Radocckia joined WilliamsMarston from Wolf & Company, P.C., where she was responsible for managing income tax accounting engagements and providing corporate income tax compliance services. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has advised both publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of industries including software, biotechnology, life sciences, and manufacturing. She has supported clients with a variety of tax accounting matters including tax provision preparation and footnote disclosure review, income tax return compliance, federal and state corporate tax examinations and other corporate tax issues. Ms. Radocckia holds a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she graduated cum laude.

Lauren Fitzgerald, Director – Boston, MA

Ms. Fitzgerald joined WilliamsMarston from The Davis Companies, where she managed the financial accounting process for a portfolio of development properties. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, transportation and software industries on a variety of accounting matters including lease accounting, revenue recognition, collaborative agreements, SEC reporting and initial public offerings. She has also provided interim management in the biotechnology and medical device industries. Ms. Fitzgerald started her career in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, before moving on to become a Property Accountant at Boston Properties in the Development & Corporate Group, and later becoming a Senior Accountant at the Davis Companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated cum laude.

Derek Richards, Director – Boston, MA

Mr. Richards joined WilliamsMarston from EY LLP, where he primarily served clients in the biotechnology, media and entertainment and real estate industries. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has advised clients on special purpose acquisitions, audit readiness, IPO readiness and a variety of complex technical accounting matters including revenue recognition under ASC 606, lease arrangements under ASC 842, consolidations, convertible debt and preferred stock arrangements, purchase accounting, stock-based compensation and SEC reporting. He has also assisted clients with corporate development through financial effectiveness design, post-acquisition integration and managing cross functional projects relating to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Richards holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Babson College.

Keith Lattuca, Director – Boston, MA

Mr. Lattuca joined WilliamsMarston from EY LLP, where he performed audits of clients’ ASC 740 calculations for multinational and domestic entities, prepared US federal and state income tax returns, and performed a wide variety of domestic and international tax advisory services. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has performed audits of clients’ ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, including the preparation of the corporate income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosure, income tax compliance and other corporate tax matters. Mr. Lattuca holds a Master of Science in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Chemistry and Accounting from Salve Regina University.

Nicholas Doran, Manager – New York, NY

Mr. Doran joined WilliamsMarston from KPMG LLP, where he provided financial due diligence services for private equity clients. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has assisted clients in the technology, software, healthcare and client services industries. He has advised clients on business combinations, goodwill impairment, financial due diligence, FP&A modeling, finance transformation and project management. Mr. Doran holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University at Buffalo.

Joseph Gianares, Manager – New York, NY

Mr. Gianares joined WilliamsMarston from KPMG LLP where his clients included large, global SEC registrants in the financial services and broker-dealer industries. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has assisted clients in the media and entertainment, medical instruments, financial services, life sciences and consumer products industries. He has worked across a variety of complex areas including purchase accounting, revenue recognition, film cost accounting, SEC reporting, and the accounting and reporting for financial instruments including convertible debt and warrants. Mr. Gianares holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting from St. John’s University, where he graduated cum laude.

Lauren Haley, Manager – Boston, MA

Ms. Haley joined WilliamsMarston from Deloitte LLP, where she served both public and private clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Lauren has assisted clients in the software, biotechnology, life sciences, telecommunications and financial services industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, lease accounting, IPO readiness, intercompany/foreign exchange transactions, accounting for financial instruments, and share-based compensation. She has also advised clients on SEC reporting, audit readiness, FP&A, and mergers and acquisitions. Lauren has served in an interim role for a public technology company as well as an interim controller for a private software company. Ms. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated cum laude.

Jacob Monk, Manager – Boston, MA

Mr. Monk joined WilliamsMarston from EY LLP where he served a range of clients from private start-ups to global large-accelerated filers, primarily in the life sciences industry. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jake has assisted clients in the biotechnology, life sciences and consumer goods industries. He has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including collaborative arrangements, revenue recognition, SEC reporting and the accounting and reporting for lease accounting under ASC 842. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College.

Olivia Mooney, Manager – Boston, MA

Ms. Mooney joined WilliamsMarston from EY LLP, where her clients included large SEC registrants and a small real estate partnership. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has advised clients on system implementations, revenue recognition, lease accounting and equity transactions. Her expertise includes matters pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, inventory, restructuring, consolidations and financial statement close processes. Her industry experience includes medical devices, SaaS, real estate, consumer products and biotechnology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College.

Emily Watson, Manager – Boston, MA

Ms. Watson joined WilliamsMarston from Deloitte LLP, where she served companies on multiple audit engagements for both PCAOB and AICPA clients, primarily in the technology and life sciences industries. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has assisted clients in the software, biotechnology, life sciences, robotics and franchise industries. She has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, collaborative arrangements, stock-based compensation, business combinations, earnings per share, lease accounting, IFRS to US GAAP conversion and the accounting and reporting for complex debt and equity transactions. Ms. Watson has also advised clients on SEC reporting, initial public offerings, process improvement and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She has served in interim accounting and financial reporting management roles for public companies in both the technology and biotechnology industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.

Timothy Moberg, Manager – Boston, MA

Mr. Moberg joined WilliamsMarston from EY LLP where his clients included public and private companies in the life sciences, software-as-a-service, technology and agriculture industries. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Tim has assisted clients in the life sciences, technology, telecommunications and aerospace industries. He has advised clients on a variety of accounting matters including IPO readiness, SEC reporting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, audit preparedness, process improvement around the monthly close and the accounting for complex financial instruments including convertible debt and warrants. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
