WilliamsMarston Announces Manager and Director Promotions
Boston, MA — WilliamsMarston LLC, a nationally recognized leading provider of accounting, tax and valuation advisory services with more than 300 public, private equity-backed and pre-IPO companies managing rapid growth and transformation today announced the promotions of Joseph Ballway and Hannah Leech to Director, and Natasha Antonellis and Eric Giorgianni to Manager, effective January 1, 2021. All four professionals are based in the firm’s Boston office.

Mr. Ballway joined WilliamsMarston in 2017 from PwC’s Assurance practice. He advises clients in the technology and life science industries on IPO’s, revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, preferred stock, stock-based compensation and SEC reporting. Mr. Ballway has also provided interim management and assisted clients with audit preparedness and the implementation of internal controls, policies and procedures. Mr. Ballway holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Ms. Leech joined WilliamsMarston in 2017 from TA Associates Management, L.P. She advises clients in the life science and technology industries. Her expertise includes revenue recognition, lease accounting, consolidations, purchase accounting, carve-outs, SOX compliance and SEC reporting. She also assists clients with audit preparedness, process and control improvement and the implementation of internal controls, policies and procedures. Prior to TA Associates, Ms. Leech worked in Deloitte’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Assurance practice. Ms. Leech holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University where she graduated magna cum laude.
Ms. Antonellis joined WilliamsMarston in 2019 from EY’s Audit practice. She advises clients on purchase accounting, consolidations, stock-based compensation and the implementation of the new accounting standards. She has also assisted clients with process improvement and financial statement preparation. While at EY, she provided assurance and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance to clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices and real estate industries. Ms. Antonellis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Mr. Giorgianni joined WilliamsMarston in 2019 from PwC’s Assurance practice. He advises clients in the healthcare, software and life science industries on revenue recognition, the accounting and reporting for complex financial instruments, the new leasing standard and stock-based compensation. While at PwC, he served both public and private companies where he provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, restructuring and stock-based compensation. Mr. Giorgianni is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he graduated summa cum laude.
