Latest Acquisition Expands the Firm’s Corporate Tax Consulting Practice and West Coast Presence
BOSTON, MA — WilliamsMarston LLC (“WilliamsMarston” or the “Firm”), a national accounting, tax and valuation advisory firm, has acquired Moffett & Associates (“Moffett”), a provider of complex corporate tax consulting services to pre-IPO, public and private equity-backed companies. This is the fourth acquisition WilliamsMarston has completed in the past 18 months which brings the Firm’s headcount to 156 professionals and further establishes WilliamsMarston as a national leader in complex accounting, tax and valuation advisory services to companies experiencing rapid growth and transformation.
