Nicole Lambi, Consultant (Boston, MA)
Nicole brings more than three years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nicole was a Senior Associate in the Audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston where she served both public and private clients in the technology industry. While at PwC, Nicole provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Her experience includes ASC 606.
Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University where she graduated summa cum laude.
Henry Wu, Consultant (Boston, MA)
Henry brings more than three years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Henry was a Senior in the Audit practice at EY LLP where his clients included public and private companies in the life sciences, hospitality, and real estate industries. He provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Henry is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude.
