We’re delighted to welcome Christine Miecuna, Michelle Hudson, Nikki Lee, and John Mallouk to the team! Here is a closer look at each of our new hires in September and the expertise they bring to WilliamsMarston.
Christine Miecuna, Manager – Boston, MA
Christine brings more than eight years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Christine was a Manager in the Audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Boston Office. While at PwC, her clients included various private and public companies within the retail, consumer and industrial products industries. She provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with extensive experience in inventory and lease accounting. She has worked with clients through their initial public offering and secondary offering processes as well as first year SOX 404 compliance.
Christine is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College.
Michelle Hudson, Consultant – Boston, MA
Michelle brings two years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Michelle was an Associate in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Hartford, CT where she served both public and private clients in the manufacturing, consumer products and real estate industries. While at PwC, Michelle provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Elon University.
Nikki Lee, Consultant – New York, NY
Nikki brings four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nikki was a Senior Associate in the Audit practice of KPMG LLP in New York where her clients included large, global SEC registrants in the pharmaceutical, media and consumer product industries. While at KPMG, Nikki provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
Nikki is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
John Mallouk, Consultant – Boston, MA
John brings over two years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, John was a Senior Associate in the Audit practice at KPMG LLP in Boston where he served both private and publicly traded financial service companies. His client base included private equity, hedge and venture capital, banking and insurance. John has assisted in the implementation of the current expected credit loss standard (CECL) ASC 326 and the adoption of the new leasing standard ASC 842 on a number of mid-sized banks. He has provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
John is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Babson College.
