Tyler brings public accounting experience to WilliamsMarston.
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Tyler was a Manager in the Deals practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at PwC, Tyler specialized in financial due diligence for both private and public clients with deal sizes ranging from $50 million to $10 billion dollars. Tyler also has extensive experience in post-purchase price disputes, US GAAP, SEC reporting and various other technical accounting matters. He has supported clients across various industries including telecommunications, infrastructure, renewables, and oil & gas.
Tyler is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Texas A&M University.
