Stephanie brings 3 years of corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Stephanie has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. She has consulted clients on a variety of matters including ASC 740, R&D tax credits, VAT support, among other topics. Stephanie has assisted with the preparation of the year-end and quarterly income tax provision, as well as assistance with federal, state, and international income tax compliance.
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Stephanie was part of the Corporate Tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston where her clients included a variety of public and private companies, mainly focused on biotechnology, life sciences and pharmaceuticals. While at PwC, she provided year-end, interim and quarterly ASC 740 support, including both audit support as well as provision preparation. In addition, she assisted with federal, state and international income tax compliance.
Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a minor in Law from Bentley University.
