Prior to WilliamsMarston, Sean was a Senior Associate in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, where his clients included both public and private companies in the technology, retail, and aerospace & defense sectors. While at PwC, Sean provided services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He also assisted clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including lease accounting, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation.
Sean is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
