Sarah brings 4 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Sarah has assisted clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, retail, consumer products, and manufacturing industries. She has advised on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition under ASC 606, lease accounting under ASC 842, stock-based compensation, business combinations, SEC reporting, integrations and FP&A. Sarah has also served in interim management roles for a variety of companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, media and technology industries.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Sarah was an Assurance Associate in the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston where she served both public and private companies in the technology industry. While at PwC, Sarah provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Economics from Boston College.
