Ryan Korbel

Ryan brings 10 years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ryan was a Director of Accounting leading the external and internal reporting functions of a pre-IPO technology company. In this role, he directed the revenue recognition function and helped the Company adopt ASC 842 and SEC reporting requirements.

Prior to his time in corporate accounting, Ryan was in the Assurance practice at EY LLP in Orlando for nearly 8 years where he specialized in the real estate, technology, and manufacturing industries. While at EY, Ryan assisted both public and private clients with US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He also advised clients with a variety of technical accounting matters including business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, and stock-based compensation.

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida.
