Ricky McLaughlin

Director – Tax

Ricky brings 11 years of tax diligence, structuring, and modeling experience to WilliamsMarston. He has significant experience with acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, tax research, dynamic modeling, attribute planning, and purchase agreement reviews. Ricky has worked with a variety of organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and has broad industry experience including work in aerospace, asset management, automation, healthcare, industrial products, manufacturing & distributions, retail, software, and technology spaces.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Ricky spent almost two years with Wolf & Co., P.C. in Boston, where he led the Firm’s tax professional practice, tax deal, and special project work. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent eight years primarily in the Tax Deals practice in Boston, where he assisted with deals ranging from $10 million to $10 billion, working on both inbound and outbound transactions involving various tax structures, and coordinated transactions with local teams across the globe.

Ricky is a Certified Public Account in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Professional Accountancy with a Tax concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from Bryant University.
