Rick Krieger

Rick brings 40 years of relevant experience in accounting expertise and financial reporting knowledge to WilliamsMarston from Paradigm Advisory. During his 10-year tenure at Paradigm Advisory, Rick worked primarily with private equity clients in a variety of industries specializing in business combinations, US GAAP financial reporting, share-based compensation, debt modifications and other technical matters. He has supported clients throughout the initial public offering process and numerous acquisitions, as well as assisted with audit preparedness and SEC reporting.

Prior to his time with Paradigm Advisory, Rick held senior financial positions with several multinational companies in the food processing and agricultural industries. Rick began his career in public accounting with Deloitte, serving as a Senior Manager in both the St. Louis and Chicago (Schaumburg) offices with concentrations in the construction, manufacturing, and service industries during his ten years with the firm. Prior to joining Paradigm, Rick returned to public accounting with one of the largest local CPA firms in St. Louis and helped develop a fraud consulting practice while working within the Assurance Group.

Rick is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
