Patricia brings years of talent acquisition experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Patricia worked in the finance and accounting vertical at Addison Group where she managed a full-cycle recruiting desk for roles across all levels of client organizations. Patricia sourced and worked with candidates with backgrounds in accounting, finance, and consulting, placing them in roles at both public and private companies in the e-commerce, SaaS, renewable energy, nonprofit and real estate spaces, while simultaneously partnering with clients and generating new business for the company.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lesley University.
