Natasha Antonellis

Natasha brings 7 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Natasha has advised clients on a variety of accounting matters including purchase accounting, consolidations, stock-based compensation, financial statement preparation and the implementation of the new lease accounting standard. She has also supported clients with project management and process improvement.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, she was a Senior Associate in EY LLP’s Audit practice in Boston where she served clients ranging from emerging growth to large multinational public companies in the Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Real Estate industries. Natasha’s experience includes the detailed analysis of balance sheet accounts, profit and loss, cash flow and shareholder’s equity as well as reviewing and auditing SEC filings, including form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1 and S-3, revenue recognition under ASC 606, Stock-based Compensation, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
