Molly Knight

Molly brings years of talent acquisition experience to WilliamsMarston. She leads a team to support the talent growth strategy, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent for the firm.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Molly was the Head of Talent Acquisition at ghSMART, where she was responsible for leading a global team to support the firm’s growth goals, creating innovative recruitment strategies and working in partnership with leadership to support the needs of employees. Prior to that, Molly was a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Wayfair, where she led a team responsible for both campus and business recruitment. Molly joined Wayfair, from Bain & Company, Boston, focusing on Global Campus Recruitment, with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Communications from Roanoke College.
