Mitcheel brings 5 years of financial and valuation advisory services to WilliamsMarston. His areas of expertise include the valuation of various complex and derivative financial instruments for financial and tax reporting and management planning purposes, including equity, complex debt, cryptocurrency, and contingent consideration valuations. While Mitcheel has experience in many industries, he has deep expertise in the life sciences, technology, biopharma, private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital industries. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Mitcheel was a Senior Associate at Oracle Capital LLC, a boutique financial firm that provides valuation advisory services to privately held and publicly-traded companies throughout the world. Oracle Capital provides valuations for intangible assets, impairment of intangible assets, stock options and complex securities, and fair value accounting.

Prior to Oracle Capital, Mitcheel worked with startup companies and angel investors to deliver due diligence, deck presentations, and financial pro-forma for early-stage companies. Before financial services, Mitcheel worked for over ten years in retail, delivering high performance, strong sales leadership, and outstanding client engagements.

Mitcheel is enrolled in the CFA Program to obtain the highest set of credentials in the global investment management industry and holds a Master of Science in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from The University of Arizona – Eller College of Management, with concentrations in Investment Management; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with major in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Magna Cum Laude, from The University of Arizona – Eller College of Management.
