Megan brings accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Megan has advised clients in the biotechnology, consumer products, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries on a variety of matters including ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, including the preparation of the corporate and income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, and income tax compliance.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Megan was an Associate in the Tax practice of KPMG LLP’s Stamford, CT office. While at KPMG, Megan worked with clients in the real estate, hedge fund and private equity industries. She focused primarily on tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns and K-1s.
Megan holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
