Mark brings 7 years of accounting, reporting, and automation experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Mark has advised clients on a variety of accounting and data analytics based matters including systems implementations, financial statement modeling, and stock-based compensation.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Mark held various roles of increasing significance in the Deals Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York. While at PwC, Mark’s clients included both public and private companies in the fintech, insurance, media and entertainment, and private equity industries. Mark provided advisory services related to capital markets transactions under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, SEC reporting, finance transformation and automation.
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo.
