Katie brings corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Katie has advised clients in the pharmaceutical, software and biotechnology industries on ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, including the preparation of the corporate income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, and income tax compliance.
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Katie was a Senior in the Tax practice at EY LLP in New Jersey where her clients included public and privately held companies in the software, consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. While at EY, she provided assistance on domestic, state and foreign income tax provision audits, as well as US federal and state income tax return preparation.
Katie is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Delaware.
