Josue brings 2 years of valuation and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. His valuation expertise includes valuation of complex financial instruments such as options, warrants, convertible notes and related derivatives, structured products and contingent considerations.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Josue was an Analyst at Oracle Capital, LLC where he performed valuation services to publicly-traded and privately-held companies throughout the world. Prior to Oracle Capital, Josue worked as a Financial Planning Associate for TCI Wealth Advisors where he evaluated investment options, implemented account allocations with respect to client’s investment objectives, audited and implemented programmatic data validation design and workflows to extract, rationalize and report financial data to the Chief Operating Officer.
Josue holds a Masters of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Accounting from Daystar University.
