Jeremy brings 14 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jeremy has assisted clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing and financial services industries. He has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including consolidations, business combinations, stock-based compensation, SEC reporting and the accounting and reporting for complex financial instruments including convertible debt and warrants. Jeremy has also advised clients on IPO readiness, audit readiness and business process improvement.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jeremy was a Senior Manager in EY LLP’s Assurance practice. During his 12 years at EY, Jeremy served several public and private clients in the retail and consumer products, biotechnology and energy industries. Additionally, he completed a rotation as a resident in National Accounting in EY’s Americas Professional Practice department. While a resident, Jeremy answered technical questions in several complex accounting topics including consolidations, share-based payments and segment reporting and developed technical publications, internal training materials and external presentations on those topics. After his residency, Jeremy primarily managed the EY audit engagement work for a Fortune 5 company, including technical accounting issues and financial reporting.
Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York and Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Oral Roberts University where he graduated summa cum laude and with honors, respectively.
