Jack 4 years brings accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jack was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Houston where he primarily served clients in the financial services industry. While at PwC, Jack assisted some of the firm’s largest public clients with audit services pertaining to U.S. GAAP, SEC Reporting, S-1 filings, Carve-outs, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Jack holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Rhodes College. He has successfully completed all four parts of the Certified Public Accounting Exam and is awaiting licensure in the State of Texas.
