Iris brings years of financial consulting and management experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Iris has advised clients in the biotechnology, financial services and cryptocurrency industries. She has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including stock-based compensation, lease accounting, consolidations, foreign currency, earnings per share, IPO readiness and SEC reporting.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Iris was a Senior Manager at Chord Advisors, LLC, a boutique accounting advisory firm serving more than 400 pre-IPO, public and private equity-backed growth companies on a variety of technical accounting, SEC reporting and capital markets transactions. While at Chord Advisors, Iris advised clients on a variety of complex matters including stock-based compensation, lease accounting, consolidations, foreign currency, earnings per share, IPO readiness and SEC reporting. Her industry expertise includes biotechnology, banking and financial services.

Iris is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Pace University as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Shanghai University.
