Gabriel brings over five years of financial consulting and accounting management experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Gabriel was a Senior Associate at Chord Advisors, LLC, a boutique accounting advisory firm serving more than 400 pre-IPO, public and private equity-backed growth companies on a variety of technical accounting, SEC reporting and capital markets transactions. While at Chord Advisors, Gabriel prepared and audited initial public offerings, worked on due diligence in M&A, and has prepared and audited domestic and multi-national corporations and advised clients on a variety of accounting matters. His industry expertise includes real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and technology.
Prior to Chord Advisors, Gabriel worked in the audit practice of Friedman and Baker Tilly’s Philadelphia office. Where he advised both public and private clients with US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as a variety of technical accounting matters including business combinations, revenue recognition, and financial instruments.
Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Hofstra University.
