Elijah brings valuation and market research experience to WilliamsMarston. His valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, lease accounting, stock compensation, and tax reporting matters such as 409a and intangible asset valuations. His industry experience includes life sciences, technology, manufacturing and consumer products.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Elijah was an Associate at Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC (“BVA”). While at BVA, Elijah worked on the Black-Scholes option pricing models, purchase price accounting, and intangible asset impairment testing. He assisted both public and private clients by analyzing financials statements, cash flows, and existing financial projections, and conducted market research in support of financial reporting.
Elijah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
