Danielle brings more than two years of financial consulting and accounting management experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Danielle was a Senior Associate at Chord Advisors, LLC, a boutique accounting advisory firm serving more than 400 pre-IPO, public and private equity-backed growth companies on a variety of technical accounting, SEC reporting and capital markets transactions. While at Chord Advisors, Danielle prepared quarterly financials for SPAC clients, and advised clients on a variety of domestic and international SEC reporting matters. Her industry expertise includes consumer goods, life sciences, insurance, biotechnology and banking.

Prior to Chord Advisors, Danielle worked in the audit practice of KPMG LLP’s Providence, RI office. While at KPMG, she assisted both public and private clients with US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She also advised clients with a variety of technical accounting matters including business combinations, revenue recognition, research and development expenses, stock-based compensation and financial instruments.

Danielle holds a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from Western Governor’s University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University.
