Danielle brings over 20 years of human resources leadership experience to WilliamsMarston. She leads an integrated talent management organization that supports the attraction, development and retention of the highest caliber professional talent for the firm. She is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative human resources strategies and programs designed to enhance the people experience and align the Firm’s employees with the overall strategic direction of the Firm. Danielle provides leadership oversight in the areas of culture, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Danielle was the Chief Human Resources Officer of MG+M The Law Firm where she was responsible for the firm’s human resource strategy, including attracting, engaging and retaining the firm’s talent. She was instrumental in defining and enhancing MG+M’s firm culture. Prior to that, Danielle was the head of human resources for the Boston office of Foley & Lardner LLP. Under Danielle’s leadership, Foley & Lardner LLP was named to the list of “Best Places to Work” by the Boston Business Journal.
Danielle holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Western New England University. Danielle is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA) and the Association of Legal Human Resource Managers (ALHRM).
