Christine brings 11 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Christine has advised clients in the software, media, pharmaceutical, insurance and manufacturing industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, goodwill impairment, capitalized software costs, SEC reporting and special purpose acquisitions. She has also assisted clients with IPO readiness, month end close processes and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Christine has served in various interim management roles including interim VP of Finance, Controller, Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting, for both private and public companies in the software, manufacturing, insurance and pharmaceutical industries.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Christine was a Manager in the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston. While at PwC, her clients included various private and public companies within the retail, consumer and industrial products industries. She provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with extensive experience in inventory and lease accounting. She has worked with clients through their initial public offering and secondary offering processes as well as first year SOX 404 compliance.
Christine is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College.
