Christina is a seasoned client service professional bringing 8 years of diverse technical accounting experience to WilliamsMarston. Christina has advised clients on technical reporting and accounting issues related to divestitures, business combinations, debt offerings, GAAP/IFRS conversions, as well as SEC reporting, revenue recognition, stock compensation, and lease accounting.
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Christina spent over 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the advisory and assurance spaces in Atlanta and Madrid. Beginning in the PwC Atlanta Assurance practice, she audited various public and private companies within the technology, healthcare, telecommunications, and retail industries for over three years. Christina then moved to Madrid, Spain and most notably served on the audit team for one of PwC’s largest FPI telecommunication clients for nearly three years. Upon her repatriation to the US in 2021, Christina then joined PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice and led teams serving a multitude of clients in various industries and consulted on complex accounting situations.
Christina is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia and holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy degrees from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she graduated summa cum laude.
