Chloe brings over 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Chloe has assisted clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, and manufacturing industries. She has advised on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition under ASC 606, lease accounting under ASC 842, stock-based compensation and debt modification accounting. She has also served in an interim role for a private biotechnology company.
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Chloe was a Senior Associate in the Trust practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston where she assisted private clients across a variety of industries. While at PwC, Chloe provided audit services pertaining to US GAAP compliance. She also assisted clients with technical accounting matters, including lease accounting and revenue recognition.
Chloe is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Accountancy degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Alabama, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
