Director Valuation

Bobby brings 10 years of valuation advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. His extensive valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters including mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, stock-based compensation, and tax reporting matters such as 409a valuations and legal entity valuations. Bobby’s broad industry experience includes technology, health care, life sciences, consumer products, and many others.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Bobby was a Director at Oracle Capital, LLC (“OC”) for 8 years. While at OC, Bobby advised numerous clients ranging from early-stage venture-backed entities to Fortune 100 companies with their complex valuations for financial and tax reporting and management planning matters. Prior to OC, Bobby was a Manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s (“EY”) Transaction Advisory Services group, performing valuation services for the firm’s key clients in the technology and consumer goods industries. During his career at EY, Bobby managed a wide variety of valuation projects including complex purchase price allocations for both financial reporting and tax planning purposes, goodwill and asset impairment analyses, and equity valuations for privately-held venture-backed companies. In addition to performing analyses for clients, Bobby has also reviewed a multitude of valuation analyses completed by independent valuation firms in support of EY’s assurance practice.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Arizona.
