Alessandro Di Conza

Alessandro brings 12 years of transfer pricing and operating model effectiveness experience gained between Europe and the US to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Alessandro held various roles of increasing responsibility in EY LLP’s transfer pricing practice supporting both public and private companies in a broad variety of industries, including technology, retail (luxury brands), pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment and legal services amongst others. He provided a wide variety of transfer pricing services pertaining to compliance, planning, implementation, intellectual property (IP) valuations, support mergers and acquisitions, tax provisions and due diligence from a transfer pricing perspective.

Alessandro also provided technical transfer pricing support to multinational enterprises during Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) both unilateral and bilateral as well as audits. He led several transfer pricing planning projects advising under both US transfer pricing regulations and OECD transfer pricing guidelines. In addition to his time in EY’s New York office, Alessandro also spent four years in EY’s Rome office performing transfer pricing services for European companies where he mainly focused on transfer pricing compliance and audit support.

Alessandro holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University Federico II (Naples, Italy).
