Partner – Valuation

Aeneas brings over 30 years of valuation advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. His extensive valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, complex debt and equity instruments, tax reporting matters such as 409a and intellectual property valuations as well as litigation matters, solvency and fairness opinions. Aeneas’ broad industry experience includes technology, life sciences and many others.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Aeneas was the founder and Managing Partner of Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC (“BVA”). Under Aeneas’ leadership, BVA grew into a nationally recognized leading provider of complex valuation advisory services to more than 200 companies in a variety of industries ranging from early-stage to large multi-national publicly-traded companies.

Prior to BVA, Aeneas was a Director in Deloitte LLP’s Financial Advisory Services practice in San Francisco where he was a member of the National Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry valuation practice. While at Deloitte, Aeneas was the client relationship manager for some of the firm’s largest life science and technology clients. Prior to Deloitte, Aeneas held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as well as with a major investment bank and an international consulting firm specializing in issues surrounding the creation of shareholder value. Through these experiences, Aeneas brings an in-depth understanding of the capital markets and the drivers that contribute to value for a business enterprise.​

Aeneas holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Oberlin College.
