Nick brings five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Nick has advised clients on private equity due diligence.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nick was a Senior Associate in KPMG LLP’s Deal Advisory practice in New York where he provided financial due diligence services for private equity clients. Nick spent the first four years of his career in KPMG’s Audit practice in New York, focusing on public and private clients in the retail, technology and consumer goods industries. After joining the Deal Advisory practice, Nick primarily focused on buy-side financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Nick’s client experience includes domestic and international private equity firms that focus in software and technology, consumer products and manufacturing.
Nick is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master of Science Degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University at Buffalo.
