Jake Monk

Jake brings four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jake has assisted clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition and implementing the new lease accounting standard.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jake worked in the Audit practice of EY LLP in Boston and Cambridge for 4 years where he served a range of clients from private start-ups to global large-accelerated filers, primarily in the life sciences industry. While at EY, Jake provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP including ASC 606 and 842 adoption, SEC reporting, business combinations and restructuring activities and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Jake is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College.
