As a Manager, you’ll begin to develop specialized knowledge and manage significantly larger and more complex aspects of our projects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, design solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with your colleagues, clients and their auditors to facilitate successful outcomes.
As a Consultant, you’ll work on teams with talented colleagues who will help you learn and challenge you to grow. You’ll be responsible for specific aspects of client projects, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and topics. The Human Resources Director will support our human resource strategy in support of our business objectives and core values, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, people development, and retention initiatives. The HR Director will implement and oversee performance evaluations and our employees’ career development.
