The Opportunity

Building on your solid public accounting experience, you will work closely with talented colleagues and our clients’ management, auditors, and advisors to implement best practices and solve their most pressing financial reporting challenges – accelerating your own career in the process. In this role, you will:

  • Advise market-leading clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offering readiness, interim management, and various technical accounting matters
  • Prepare and review financial statements and other SEC filings
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and related analyses
  • Design and implement business process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and external auditors
  • Manage existing client relationships and participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Serve as project leader, providing real time feedback and guidance to junior team members
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives

The Candidate

Highly motivated and well-rounded professionals committed to contributing to the growth and future success of our clients and our firm. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
  • Willingness to tackle complex problems, applying analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality client service
  • Capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to client locations, including occasional overnight travel
  • Team oriented with strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm
