Dat brings five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Dat has advised clients in the biotechnology, software and service industries on the accounting and reporting for complex financial instruments, revenue recognition, functional currency and various other technical accounting matters.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Dat was a Senior Associate in Deloitte’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Assurance practice where he served public and private clients in the healthcare, payment processing, and software industries. While at Deloitte, Dat provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes- Oxley Compliance with a focus on areas such as goodwill impairment, accounting for business combinations, and revenue recognition.

Dat is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and holds a Master of Science degree in Accountancy as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University.
