Caroline brings four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has assisted clients with audit readiness including a variety of technical accounting matters such as the new revenue recognition standard, lease accounting, purchase accounting and stock-based compensation. She also worked as an interim accounting manager for a large SEC registrant for seven months where she was responsible for fixed assets as well as month end consolidations and financial reporting.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Caroline was a Senior Associate in Deloitte LLP’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Assurance practice where she served clients in the consumer products and life science industries. Caroline’s experience includes revenue recognition, lease accounting, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and pension plan accounting.

Caroline is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
