Greg brings 25 years of consulting and executive leadership experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Greg has advised a number of clients on a variety of operational challenges, including a comprehensive operational review to deliver meaningful and sustainable process improvement within a multi-billion telecommunications organization and executing a Sarbanes-Oxley IT audit program for a national gaming operator. He has also provided interim financial leadership for a manufacturing organization.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Greg was a Vice President with Alcatel-Lucent within the Software and Professional Services and Global Delivery Divisions. While at Alcatel-Lucent, he coordinated and managed multiple strategic programs, substantially impacting the way the business operated. These programs included driving significant global efficiency programs through the adoption of Lean Six-Sigma techniques, and the complete revision of global software pricing standards.

He has led industry discussions on the latest trends in performance management techniques. Prior to Alcatel-Lucent, Greg held senior leadership roles within a number of prominent UK-based technology organizations, specializing in strategic planning, execution and leading organizational change. His varied experience includes a technology start-up to full inital public offering, performing due diligence on merger and acquisition transactions, and leading post-acquisition integration. He has also held senior management positions across several operational functions. Greg began his career at Deloitte, Haskins + Sells London audit practice focusing on technology and media-based industries.

Greg is a qualified Accounting Technician in the UK and holds a Foundation Degree in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
